1. How soon can we get a reply after we send you an inquiry?
On working days, we will reply within 12 hours after receiving the
inquiry.
2.Can you make customized products?
Yes, we mainly make customized products. We will produce products
according to the different requests from different customers.
3.Can you offer samples by free of charge?
We can offer normal color and thickness samples to you free of
charge. But with freight cost collect. Customized sample can be
sent out after you pay down payment before mass production.
4.What is your delivery time?
It depends on your ordered item and quantity. Normally, we can
finish the bulk products within 25 days.
5.What is the payment terms?
We will confirm with customers the trade method, FOB, CIF, DDP or
other terms during the period of quotation. For mass production, we
usually request 30% advance payment, and balance against the bill
of lading copy. Our main payment term is T/T. Of course.
6.Where are your goods mainly exported?
The company's international customers are distributed all over the
